RETURN & REFUND POLICY

What’s eligible for returns?

Unused items can be returned at any time.

However, if the return is initiated based on customer preference or decision rather than a product issue, a 10% warehouse and logistics handling fee will be deducted from the total refund. This policy applies if the product is in good condition and functions as expected, but the customer chooses to return it.

If the original payment method does not work, please contact our customer service for assistance.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product.

Things to Remember: Unused gear must be returned in the condition you received it and in the original box and/or packaging (including applicable manufacturer tags).

Please take the time to carefully package your return. You are responsible for the costs associated with repairing returned items that are damaged in transit due to improper packaging.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for returns to be processed once they arrive at our distribution center. You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your return.

Refund

After we receive the returned package product, it will take 3 to 5 business days for inspection. After the inspection is correct, the refund amount will be returned within 7 working days.

Please note that all returned products are subject to return request approval and our warehouse will refuse to accept packages sent back without authorization.

If you receive a product that is seriously damaged during transportation, please contact us to provide the corresponding proof and let us reissue or refund you.
